Engineered solutions for complex ground conditions

Proprietary foundation, ground improvement, and retaining systems designed to perform where conventional methods fail.

Claycor’s solutions are purpose-built foundation, ground improvement, and earth retention systems designed to perform where conventional methods fall short. Built around proprietary Fuller Pile® technology and supported by engineering and construction expertise, our solutions address complex soil conditions, demanding structural loads, and constrained sites.

From deep foundations to settlement mitigation and retaining systems, Claycor delivers solutions that prioritise performance, constructability, and long-term reliability.

Our solutions

The Problem

Structural Loads Pushing Conventional Foundations Beyond Their Limits

Claycor's Solution

Projects with high axial loads, significant lateral forces, or uplift demands often exceed the capabilities of traditional pile systems. In these conditions, foundation behavior must be predictable and closely aligned with the structural design model to avoid performance risks later in the project lifecycle. Claycor addresses this challenge with Fuller Pile® deep foundation solutions, engineered to deliver greater strength and ductility while meeting engineer-of-record requirements for pile head fixity and lateral response. This approach provides confidence in complex structures where foundation performance is critical to long-term safety and resilience.

The Problem

Poor Soil Conditions Making Shallow Foundations Unreliable

Claycor's Solution

Soft, compressible, or variable soils can limit bearing capacity and lead to unacceptable total or differential settlement, making shallow foundations impractical or overly conservative. Rather than bypassing these soils with deep foundations, Claycor improves the ground itself using Fuller Pile® Rigid Inclusions. By reinforcing weak soils and transferring loads through a granular load transfer platform, this system allows structural loads to be shared between the inclusions and the surrounding soils. The result is improved bearing performance and controlled settlement, offering a cost-effective alternative for projects where soil conditions are constraining.

The Problem

Excavations Require Support on Tight or Complex Sites

Claycor's Solution

Excavation and earth retention become especially challenging on sites with limited space, nearby structures, or variable ground conditions. Conventional retaining systems may lack the flexibility needed to accommodate site geometry, loading changes, or phased construction. Claycor responds to these constraints with Fuller Pile® Retaining Wall systems, which can be configured as cantilevered or tied solutions to suit project-specific requirements. Optimized pile sizing and proper spacing help control ground movement while managing the overall system costs, making this approach well suited to constrained developments where performance cannot be compromised.
